RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided that the item is still in its original packaging with original tags and has not been worn or washed. We will send a return/exchange form to be filled out before proceeding. Contact us at ben@froskwear.com

For your protection, we recommend that you return all items via a trackable carrier such as USPS, UPS, FedEx or your Trackable National postal service.

We advise selecting an insured mail service; FROSK Girls is not responsible for items that we do not receive.

To avoid any Customs charges please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS'.

Once FROSK Girls receive your return shipment, allow 24 hours to ship a replacement item or 2-3 weeks to credit the correct amount to your credit card. (Payments will be refunded less shipping costs.) If you are exchanging an item, it will be shipped to you via standard ground shipping.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund original or return shipping fees or eventual Customs charges.

Canceling Orders

In the event that you place an order through FROSK Girls online boutique and need to cancel it, please call us immediately at (+1) 832.398.2615 or send an email to ben@froskwear.com. We will do our very best to cancel your order before it is fulfilled and your credit card is charged.


Unclaimed Packages

For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, FROSK Girls reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.

Transport Damage

If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us.
